Sindhi Muslims in India are a community of Sunni Muslims who migrated from Sindh in Pakistan to Kutch in Indian state of Gujarat. They constitute a large segment of Rajasthan's Sindhi Muslim Sunni community as well.
Sindhi people are said to be an endogamous community i.e. they marry within their social or ethnic group. The rituals and ceremonies at their marriages are performed maintaining the traditional customs. Girls wear 'kanchli', 'ghagra' and 'odhna' of different colors at their weddings.
