Rigvedi's are generally the Hindu Brahmins living in different parts of the country. Rigveda is the word, from which Rigvedi got derived, which is a collection of religious Hindu hymns. Rigvedi grooms mainly belong to one of the sub castes of Deshastha Brahmin hailing from Maharashtra and Karnataka regions in India. The Rigvedi matrimonies are performed between the brides and grooms of their caste only.
