OBC refers to Other Backward classes in India, which forms a different social group other than Schedule Caste and Schedule Tribe. The central government of India decides the OBC list, depending on factors like social, economic and education status. OBCs do not have any different religion or culture, they hail from same religions as other people in the country. OBC matrimonies are done according to the religion they belong to and OBC brides generally marry in their own caste and community.
