Kashmiri Muslims are the group of Muslim people, who have got settled in the regions of Jammu and Kashmir. Kashmiri Muslims follow the Islamic religion. The population of Kashmiri Muslims is predominantly very high in the areas of Kashmir. They have many clans, which are a result of the conversion of people from other religions. Few of the clans of Kashmiri Muslims are Butt, Dar, Lone, Malik tribe, Shaikh, Mir and Wain. Many of the Kashmiri Muslims also consist of people migrated from Pakistan.
