Hindu Kapu Andhra Pradesh is the community comprising sub castes like Telaga, Munnuru Kapu, Balija, Ontari and Turpu Kapu. Kapus are also referred by the title 'Naidu' and is majorly an agrarian community. Since this social group belongs to the state of Andhra Pradesh, they speak Telugu as their primary language. Hindu Kapu Andhra Pradesh group is found in north Telangana, Rayaleeseema regions and coastal districts of AP in large numbers. Kapu is apparently the largest community in the state.
