We connected through Jeevansathi. Both of us shared a hometown but I was in Gurgaon and she was at Bangalore during those days. Was thoroughly enamored by the conversations that followed in the succeeding days. Pleasant, charming, confident and witty were the first few qualities that captivated me and eventually pulled me to Bangalore for our first meeting. With too many butterflies in the stomach, the food remained untouched. Over hearty laughs, soulful exchanges and a few mocktails, time flew fast but planted saplings of a new bond, which would eventually strengthen in the days that followed. That was in June 2022. Fast forward to 2023, in the distinct chill of December, sitting in front of a warm holy fire, we tied the sacred knot that bound us for eternity.
