Once you purchase the pack, the minutes will be credited to your Jeevansathi profile.

From our ‘Astrology Services’ page, you will be able to request a callback on any Indian number. Within 2 mins of raising the request, you will receive a call from the astrologer with whom you can consult by mentioning your query.

Note that the minutes will be deducted similar to how telecom companies deduct it. i.e. if you cut the call exactly at 1:00, the minutes deducted will be 2 mins.

At the end of the call, the call time will be deducted from your minutes.

Yes, you can use the allotted talktime across multiple calls. There is no limit on the number of calls to use the purchased minutes.

Only the minutes used in the respective calls will be deducted from your balance. The remaining balance can be used in future calls in the same manner.

You can purchase the Astrologer Consultation pack again & the minutes will be added to your existing balance. However, new minutes cannot be added while you are on the call with astrologer. You will have to request a call again after purchasing minutes.

You can request for the callback again. Note that you will not be able to call back on the same number if you miss the astrologer’s call.

Your balance will not be deducted in this case. Only the consultation time is deducted from the balance.

Astrologers will be available from 9am to 9pm except on National Holidays. Note that these timings can change and will always be updated on the request call page.
